What we collect
Your phone number (for sign-in), photos you choose to upload (your body reference photo and photos of your clothes), the outfit suggestions and try-on images generated for you, and basic usage events (which features you used, when).
How your photos are used
Your photos exist to serve you: clothing photos are analyzed to tag your items, and your body photo is used to render try-on previews you request. Your body photo is never shown to other users, never used in marketing, and never used to train models.
Deletion on request
Delete individual items in the app at any time. To delete your account and all associated photos and data, contact hello@tryelle.com . Deletion is completed within 30 days.
Third-party processors
Tryelle runs on the following processors, each receiving only what its function requires:
- AWS: hosting, storage of photos and data
- Anthropic: clothing-photo analysis and outfit suggestions
- FASHN: try-on image rendering
- Stripe: payment processing (we never see card numbers)
- Affiliate networks: receive an anonymous click id when you tap Buy, never your identity or photos
